How It Works
From idea to live product. Six weeks.
This is the exact journey every MVP Sprint client goes through. What happens each week, what you do vs. what we do, and what you own at the end.
Week by week
What happens at each stage.
No black box. No surprises. You know exactly what is happening every week.
Week 1
Intro call + shaping
You do
Share your idea, answer our questions, approve the scope
We do
Run the discovery session, define the smallest shippable version, write the scope doc, agree on the fixed price
→ Signed scope document with fixed timeline and price
Weeks 2–3
Build: core product
You do
Review demos, answer product questions (2–3 hrs/week)
We do
Build the core user journey, auth, database, and primary screens
→ Staging URL with clickable core product
Weeks 4–5
Build: polish + integrations
You do
Review weekly demos, provide feedback, test staging
We do
Add integrations, polish UX, write tests, handle edge cases
→ Production-ready build on staging, all integrations live
Week 6
Launch + handoff
You do
Approve production deployment, receive handoff package
We do
Deploy to production, write runbooks, hand over all credentials and infrastructure
→ Live product + source code + infra you own + 30-day fix window
What you receive
At the end of week 6, it's all yours.
No licensing fees. No vendor lock-in. No “you need us to maintain it” games. Everything we build is fully transferred to you at handoff.
Full source code in your GitHub repository
Database schema, migrations, and seed data
Hosting infrastructure in your cloud account
Runbooks: how to deploy, scale, and debug
30-day post-launch fix guarantee
Clean handoff call with the engineers who built it
Staying in sync
You're never in the dark.
We are async-first. That means fewer meetings and clearer communication — not less communication.
Daily async updates
Every working day we post a written update in Slack: what was done, what's next, any decisions needed from you.
Weekly live demos
Every week you join a 60-min call where we show you working software you can click through. No slides. No mockups.
Staging URL from week 2
From week 2 onwards, you have a live staging environment you can share with advisors, investors, or early users.
Direct engineer access
You talk to the engineers writing the code — not account managers or project coordinators. Questions get real answers.
Process FAQ
Common process questions.
Do I need to prepare anything before the intro call?
No. Show up with your idea — even a rough one. We run the discovery process. You just need to be able to answer 'who is this for?' and 'what problem does it solve?'
What if I change my mind about a feature mid-sprint?
The scope is fixed for a reason — it's how we guarantee the timeline. We capture change requests for a potential next sprint or retainer. Scope changes mid-sprint are rare when we scope correctly upfront.
What happens if you miss the 6-week deadline?
If we miss committed scope, we fix it on our time — no additional charge. The 30-day post-launch fix window is also built in as a standard guarantee.
Can I add features after the MVP launches?
Yes. Most founders move to the Engineering Retainer after the sprint — same team, same codebase, ongoing engineering at $3,499/month. Or you can hand the codebase to your own team.
Ready to start your sprint?
30-minute call. We tell you exactly what your MVP needs and what it will cost. No obligation, no pitch deck.
