Requirements session (Days 1–2)
We map the product requirements, business constraints, team capabilities, and technical context. Architecture without requirements is theory, not design.

Architecture draft (Days 3–6)
We produce the initial architecture: system design, data model, API structure, and infrastructure plan. Shared for your review with the trade-off rationale included.

Review and refinement (Days 7–9)
We work through your questions and incorporate feedback. Where we disagree with your preferences, we say so and explain why — you make the final call.

Engineering walkthrough (Days 10–14)
A 90-minute session with your engineering team. We walk through the design, answer implementation questions, and hand over a document the team can build from.
