Codebase review
We read the code engineers actually wrote, not the README. Architecture patterns, coupling, test coverage, dependency risk, and tech debt - documented honestly.
Security assessment
Auth implementation, secrets handling, input validation, dependency vulnerabilities, access control. The list of things that end careers if missed.
Performance analysis
Database query patterns, N+1 queries, caching strategy (or lack thereof), bundle size, render bottlenecks. We find what's slow and why.
